About Jessica

Jessica Bass founded Dance Fitness with Jessica in Knoxville, Tennessee when she was only 24 years old. As a mother of three children, she grew tired of monotonous workout routines and needed a fitness program that could fit into her busy schedule. Driven by her love for music and dance, Jessica became a certified fitness instructor.

What started as a fitness class with only three participants quickly gained popularity, attracting over 700,000 virtual fans and followers from her online community. Alongside live streaming classes, Dance Fitness with Jessica now offers various workout DVD’s, fitness eBooks, and apparel.

How Dance Fitness with Jessica Works

Dance Fitness with Jessica employs a combination of aerobic dancing and fitness exercises to help you achieve your desired results. This unique approach allows you to burn calories while toning your body. Whether your aim is weight loss, muscle gain, or overall improved health, Dance Fitness with Jessica can be customized to meet your specific goals. To access all the features and content, you can subscribe to Dance Fitness with Jessica on a monthly or yearly basis through the app's auto-renewing subscription.* Pricing may vary based on regional differences and will be confirmed before purchase within the app. Subscription payments will automatically renew at the end of each cycle.
